Originally from Grand Island , NY, I moved to Pittsford in 1997. I got into beekeeping because of my middle daughter, Abbey. She tends to nag me to death for pets and things. Beekeeping sounded pretty cool and she convinced me to give it a try. Now I love it and she doesn’t want much to do with it. My real job is as a community pharmacist in Bushnell’s Basin. When I’m not working or playing with my bees, I enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, photography and tinkering in my yard.
